Automatic Finger Joint Production Line Machine

The machine automates cutting and producing finger-jointed wood components used to create strong, long-length joints for products such as furniture, cabinets, flooring and frames. It reduces manual labor and increases consistency and throughput.

It is suitable for most solid hardwoods and softwoods and many engineered wood products, subject to density and moisture content limits. For unusual or very dense materials, please consult the supplier for compatibility.

Core components listed include a PLC and electrical motors. The PLC provides automated control and user interface for setting joint parameters and sequences.

Capacity depends on joint size, workpiece dimensions, cycle settings and any downstream gluing/press operations. The machine is designed for high productivity; contact the supplier with your target joint dimensions and production rate for a model-specific estimate.

Yes. Finger width, length and spacing are adjustable through the machine controls so you can produce different joint profiles. Specific adjustment ranges depend on the model and tooling—confirm required ranges with the manufacturer.

The machine has a compact design to save workshop space, but it is heavy (around 2000 kg) and usually requires a level concrete floor with sufficient space for infeed/outfeed and operator access. Exact footprint and installation requirements are provided on request.

Power source is electrical. Exact voltage, phase and power consumption depend on the machine configuration and local standards; the supplier will provide the detailed electrical specs for installation planning.

Yes. A video outgoing inspection and a machinery test report are provided to verify performance and quality before shipment.

Typical safety features include emergency stop buttons, guarding and interlocks, and safe access points. Final safety configuration may vary by model and local regulations—confirm with the supplier to ensure compliance.

Installation, commissioning and operator training are normally available from the manufacturer or distributor. Confirm the scope (on-site or remote) and any associated costs when ordering.

Routine maintenance includes cleaning, lubrication, cutter/blade inspection and periodic replacement of wear parts. Spare parts and consumables (cutters, blades, belts, etc.) are available—ask the supplier for a recommended maintenance schedule and parts list.

Yes. The PLC control and motor-driven design allow integration with upstream/downstream conveyors, gluing systems and presses. Integration requirements should be discussed with the supplier to ensure electrical and communication compatibility.

Warranty and after-sales support terms vary by seller and region. Many suppliers offer a standard warranty period and paid extended support packages—confirm the exact terms at purchase. Technical support and spare parts supply are typically provided.

Certification availability depends on the production batch and exporting country. The machine is supplied with test reports; specific certifications such as CE, ISO or other local approvals can be confirmed with the manufacturer.

To receive an accurate quote, provide desired production capacity (joints/hour), typical wood species and dimensions, required finger profile ranges, local electrical supply, and any integration or automation requirements. Contact the supplier or distributor for lead time and pricing.
