Automatic Energy Drink Fruit Juice Beverage Sterilization Sterilizer Retort Machine

It is used for high-temperature sterilization (retort) of beverages such as fruit juices, energy drinks and other canned/drinkable products to ensure microbiological safety and shelf stability.

The unit uses steam heating with a water-spray retort system and performs steam sterilization at 121°C (standard retort conditions).

It is suitable for fruit juices, energy drinks and similar beverages in cans, glass jars, metal cans or heat-stable plastic containers; compatibility depends on container size and heat tolerance.

Capacity range is 1–10 m³ (chamber volume). Throughput depends on container size, rack arrangement and sterilization cycle parameters; typical cycle durations commonly range from ~20–45 minutes depending on product F0 requirements.

Power is 30 kW, voltage 380V 50Hz, weight approximately 2980 kg, and dimensions 2700 mm × 2100 mm × 2500 mm.

The machine supports steam heating (connect to a steam boiler) or optional electric heating. Required utilities include steam supply or electric power, potable water for sprays and cooling, and a drain; compressed air may be needed for some pneumatic controls.

The product is constructed from 304 stainless steel for wetted parts and the main structure, providing corrosion resistance suitable for food processing.

Control is via PLC with a touch screen HMI for recipe management, parameter setting and monitoring. The system can record temperature and pressure data; data-logging capability depends on the configuration and options.

Water spray means hot water/condensate is sprayed over packages during the retort to provide uniform heat transfer and even sterilization, which improves temperature uniformity and product quality.

Design pressure is 0.35 MPa. The machine includes standard safety devices such as pressure relief valves, interlocks and safety alarms; commissioning should verify all safety systems.

Efficient steam heating and controlled water-spray uniformity enable shorter, more uniform sterilization cycles at target F0 values, minimizing overprocessing and helping to retain flavor and nutritional quality compared with poorly controlled heating.

The 304 stainless steel construction and water-spray design simplify cleaning; routine maintenance includes inspection of spray nozzles, seals, valves, calibration of sensors and periodic descaling. CIP capability may be available as an option—confirm with supplier.

Allow space for the machine footprint (2700×2100×2500 mm) plus access for loading/unloading, service clearance and piping. A level, load-bearing concrete foundation is required; exact requirements depend on site conditions and should be confirmed with installation drawings.

The machine is designed for food-industry use (food-grade stainless steel, pressure-rated construction). Specific certifications (CE, ISO, FDA compliance statements) depend on configuration and supplier documentation—request certificates during purchase and perform process validation to meet local regulatory requirements.

Typical support includes commissioning assistance, operator training for PLC/HMI and maintenance, and availability of spare parts. Warranty terms, spare-part lead times and training scope should be confirmed with the supplier or vendor at purchase.
