Automatic Chocolate Machinery: Small Chocolate Tempering Machine Includes Chocolate Dispenser

The NP-348 is a small, industrial automatic chocolate tempering machine with an integrated chocolate dispenser. It is designed for heating, tempering and dispensing chocolate for small-scale confectionery and production lines.

The machine is available for 220V or 110V operation and consumes 1.2 kW. Ensure your outlet and circuit can safely supply the selected voltage and power.

Machine dimensions are 440 x 600 x 840 mm. Net weight is 45 kg and gross weight (packaged) is 55 kg.

The machine body is constructed from food-grade stainless steel (#201).

It is suitable for most confectionery chocolates including dark, milk and white. It can handle couverture and many compound chocolates; you should test and adjust settings for optimal results with specific chocolate formulations.

Yes — the unit includes an integrated chocolate dispenser for controlled dosing and easy application during production.

The machine provides automatic tempering controls with adjustable temperature setpoints so you can program the process for heating, cooling and holding phases.

This is a small benchtop industrial unit intended for small-scale production. Exact hourly throughput depends on chocolate type, hopper/fill size and dispense settings — contact the supplier for tested throughput figures or to request performance data.

Switch off and unplug before cleaning. Drain or remove residual chocolate, clean removable parts with warm water and mild detergent, wipe stainless surfaces with a soft cloth, and avoid immersing electrical components. Perform routine inspections of seals, hoses and the dispenser, and follow the supplier's maintenance schedule.

Place the unit on a stable, level surface, use a properly grounded outlet matched to the specified voltage, keep water away from electrical components, and follow the operator manual for safe operation. Confirm with the vendor whether the machine has built-in thermal protection or emergency-stop features.

Certification status can vary by production batch and seller. The machine is made from food-grade stainless steel (#201), but you should request specific certification documents (CE, UL, NSF or local approvals) from the supplier if required.

Warranty terms and after-sales support vary by seller and region. Contact the supplier or manufacturer for details about warranty length, spare parts availability and technical support.

Spare parts and accessories (such as replacement dispensers, seals or stirrers) are typically available — request parts lists and ordering information from the supplier and reference the model number NP-348.

Gross weight is approximately 55 kg when packaged. Packaging details and shipping methods depend on the supplier and destination — ask the seller for pallet dimensions, shipping cost estimates and lead times.

Basic installation usually involves positioning the unit, leveling, connecting to the correct voltage supply, grounding, and an initial calibration or test run. Many suppliers offer setup guidance or on-site commissioning for an additional fee — confirm availability when ordering.
