Automatic Box Packaging Machine Tape Sticking Machine Carton Bottom and Top Tape Sealing Machine

It semi-automatically seals the bottom and top of cartons using adhesive tape, speeding up carton closing and ensuring consistent, secure seals for packaged goods.

Semi-automatic means an operator places or guides each carton into the machine and the machine performs the tape sealing action automatically. It does not automatically feed or collate cartons from a production line without operator intervention.

The machine is available for 220V or 380V at 50Hz and is electrically driven. Rated power is 0.24 kW. Confirm the required voltage version with your supplier before purchase.

It is designed primarily for paper/carton packaging and is suitable for a wide range of corrugated and paperboard cartons used in food, beverage, machinery, apparel and general carton sealing.

Carton size capability depends on the machine's adjustable range. Many semi-automatic sealers accommodate a variety of widths and heights, but exact minimum and maximum carton dimensions should be confirmed with the supplier or in the product specification sheet.

The machine is intended for standard pressure-sensitive carton sealing tapes. Common tape widths (such as 48 mm) are typically supported, but you should verify the exact compatible tape widths and core sizes with the supplier.

Throughput varies with carton size and operator speed. Semi-automatic sealers are significantly faster and more consistent than manual taping, but exact cartons-per-minute figures depend on your application and operator workflow.

Basic operation: (1) adjust machine guides to carton dimensions, (2) fold carton flaps if required, (3) place or push the carton into the sealing station, (4) the machine applies tape to the bottom/top automatically, (5) remove the sealed carton. Always follow the user manual and safety instructions provided by the supplier.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning tape heads and rollers, checking and replacing worn blades or adhesive parts, lubricating moving parts per the manual, and inspecting electrical connections. Establish a routine (daily visual checks and periodic preventive maintenance) to ensure reliable operation.

Semi-automatic tape sealers normally include safety features such as guards and an emergency stop. Specific safety devices and certifications vary by model and supplier, so confirm exact safety features before purchase.

Many suppliers offer basic installation guidance and operator training. The machine description notes a machinery test report is provided; ask your supplier whether on-site setup, commissioning, or training is included or available as a service.

Yes — a machinery test report is provided with this product according to the specification. Request any additional certificates, CE markings or test documentation you require from the seller.

Warranty terms and after-sales support vary by manufacturer and seller. Contact the supplier for details on warranty duration, spare parts availability, service contracts and response times.

As a semi-automatic unit, it can often be placed in-line or at a workstation in your production flow, but full automatic inline integration may require additional conveyors or automation. Discuss your line layout with the supplier to determine compatibility and any required accessories.

The single package size is not specified in the public description (listed as 'XX cm'). Ask the supplier for exact packed dimensions and weight so you can plan shipping and floor space.
