Automatic Agglomerator Machine for Plastic Recycling for PE PP Film PET Fiber Non-Woven Fabrics Industries

The machine is designed to process PE and PP films, PET fibers and related non-woven fabrics. For other plastics (e.g., HDPE, PS) compatibility should be confirmed with the supplier.

The unit produces dry granules (agglomerates) suitable for reprocessing by extrusion or other downstream recycling processes.

Yes. The Deling Automatic Agglomerator Machine features automatic operation to simplify feeding, agglomeration and discharge, reducing manual intervention.

Provided dimensions: L1470 x W720 x H1500 (as listed—please confirm units, commonly mm). Net weight is listed as 1130 kg.

The listing shows a single package size of 50 x 40 x 350 cm and a single gross weight of 150 kg. Because these figures differ from the machine net weight, please confirm final packing data with the supplier prior to shipment.

Throughput depends on material type, thickness, moisture content and machine settings. The specification does not list a fixed capacity—request a machinery test report or sample test from the supplier for an accurate throughput estimate for your feedstock.

Core components include engine, bearings and motor, but exact motor power and electrical specifications are not listed. Ask the supplier for the electrical spec sheet or an OEM data sheet to confirm voltage, frequency and power consumption for your site.

Yes. The product listing indicates that a video of outgoing inspection and a machinery test report are provided for quality assurance.

Routine maintenance typically includes cleaning, blade/knife inspection and sharpening, bearing lubrication and checking fasteners. Deling supplies core components and spare parts—ask for a recommended spare parts list and maintenance schedule.

The machine produces dry granules, so wet feedstock generally requires pre-drying. Contaminated or heavily soiled materials should be pre-sorted and cleaned to avoid reduced performance and excessive wear.

Typical safety features include guards on moving parts, emergency stop functions and interlocks. Always follow supplier-specific safety documentation, provide operator training and require appropriate PPE.

Final granule size depends on cutter and screen configuration; many agglomerators offer adjustable cut size. Request the available screen sizes and sample output photos or test reports to confirm the size options.

Installation/commissioning policies vary by supplier. The machine requires a stable, level foundation and typically lifting equipment for placement. Ask Deling or your vendor whether on-site installation, commissioning and operator training are included or available as options.

Warranty and after-sales service are not detailed in the listing. Contact the seller to confirm warranty duration, coverage, response times, and availability of technical support or service contracts.

Provide the supplier with details about your feedstock (type, contamination, moisture, film thickness), desired throughput and any required certifications. Request a machinery test report or send samples for a trial so the supplier can provide a tailored quote and expected performance data.
