Automatic 2/4/6 Color Flexo Press 250m/min CI Flexographic Printing Machine

The machine is rated for high-speed production up to 250 m/min in its high-speed configuration. Note: the technical sheet also lists 60 m/min, which may refer to a default/test speed or a specific configuration—confirm the intended operating speed with the supplier when ordering.

The press is offered in modular configurations supporting 2, 4, or 6 printing units. The quoted specification shows a 4-color setup; other color counts are available as configurable options depending on your production needs.

This machine is designed primarily for paper rolls (roller paper) and is suitable for labels, packaging paper, brochures and flyers. For unusual papers or non-paper substrates, please confirm compatibility (including GSM range) with the manufacturer.

CI stands for Central Impression. A CI flexo press uses a single large impression cylinder which supports the web while multiple printing stations around it perform color registration and printing—improving registration and print quality, especially for label and packaging work.

The specification lists 'Flatbed Printer' as plate type; however, typical CI flexo presses use flexible photopolymer flexo plates mounted on plate cylinders or sleeves. Confirm with the supplier whether your machine uses plate cylinders, sleeves, or a flatbed style mounting.

The press uses water-based inks as standard for eco-friendliness. Some installations may offer options for other ink systems (e.g., solvent or UV) as customizations—verify availability and necessary drying/ventilation systems.

Specified electrical requirement is 380V/50Hz. The machine weight is listed as approximately 2300 kg. Final electrical requirements and foundation/installation needs should be confirmed prior to delivery.

Yes—the press is described as automatic for easy operation. Typical automatic features include PLC control, touch-screen HMI, servo-driven web handling, and automatic register adjustment. Exact control features may vary by option—confirm the control package when ordering.

Water-based inks commonly require hot-air convection or infrared (IR) dryers. The press can be supplied with appropriate drying modules for water-based inks; dryer configuration should be specified based on production speed and ink characteristics.

The provided spec does not list web width or maximum roll diameter. Those dimensions are usually configurable. Contact the supplier with your required web width and roll diameter so they can confirm machine suitability.

CI flexo presses typically offer very good registration due to the central impression cylinder and servo controls. Exact registration accuracy (e.g., ±0.1 mm) depends on configuration and maintenance—ask the manufacturer for measured registration tolerances for the specific model.

Routine maintenance includes cleaning anilox rollers, doctor blades, plate inspection, and lubrication. Suppliers generally offer spare parts, service contracts, and on-site support or training—confirm the spare-parts list, availability, and recommended maintenance intervals with the vendor.

Many suppliers include basic installation, commissioning, and operator training as part of the purchase or as optional services. Confirm with the seller what is included and whether there are additional costs for on-site commissioning and training.

Typical safety features include emergency stops, guarding around moving parts, and lockout provisions. Environmental aspects include compatibility with water-based inks and appropriate ventilation/dryer exhaust. Ask for the machine's CE or other safety/environmental certifications if required.

Warranty terms and lead times vary by manufacturer and order configuration. Standard warranties often cover parts and limited labor for a set period. Provide your desired configuration to the supplier to get exact lead-time and warranty details.
