Autofeed Scrap Metal Shredder Machine Metal Can Crusher Motor Engine Recycling Equipment

The machine is designed to handle a wide range of metals including stainless steel, brass, copper, alloy, carbon steel, aluminum and general scrap metal (e.g., metal cans, car and machinery scrap).

Key specs: Power 22 kW, Weight 3200 kg, Voltage 380V 50Hz 3‑phase (customizable), Final product size adjustable from 1 to 10 cm.

Yes — it features an autofeed system and PLC controls for automated operation, making feeding, crushing and control easier and safer.

The final shredded particle size is adjustable between 1 and 10 cm depending on screen/rotor configuration. Uniformity depends on material type and screen selection.

Throughput depends on material type, feed size, density and feed rate. Because these factors vary widely, please provide sample feedstock details to the supplier for an estimated tons/hour capacity tailored to your application.

Standard electrical requirement is 380V 50Hz 3‑phase (can be customized). The machine is heavy (approx. 3200 kg) and typically requires a level concrete foundation, adequate floor loading capacity, lifting equipment for installation, and sufficient space for infeed/outfeed and maintenance access.

The machine is equipped with PLC control and automated operation to reduce manual handling. Typical safety items include emergency stops, guarding/interlocks and overload protection. Exact safety features and certifications should be confirmed with the supplier for your ordered configuration.

Routine maintenance includes daily visual checks, lubrication of bearings and moving parts, monitoring of blade wear and rotor clearances, and scheduled inspections of motor/drive components. Replacement intervals for cutters/knives depend on material abrasiveness and operating hours; keep spare wear parts on hand and consult the supplier for recommended maintenance schedules.

Yes — the product comes with a machinery test report and the supplier performs a video outgoing inspection to demonstrate the machine's operation prior to shipment. Ask your supplier for the specific test report and video for your unit.

Yes. Voltage, final particle size, feed system options and other configurations can typically be customized to meet your requirements. Contact the supplier with your specifications to discuss customization options.

Depending on your workflow you may need conveyor infeed/outfeed, screening, magnetic separation, dust suppression/extraction, sound enclosures, and a collection system for shredded material. The supplier can recommend compatible accessories.

Shredding metal generates noise and possibly dust/particles. Dust suppression, extraction systems and acoustic enclosures are commonly used. Specific control solutions should be selected based on your site regulations and the material being processed.

Most suppliers provide spare parts, technical support and service options. Ask about availability of critical wear parts (knives, rotor components, bearings), lead times and service contracts before purchase.

This is heavy industrial equipment and is usually shipped on a pallet or skidded for forklift/crane handling, sometimes in a container or on a flat rack. Transport and final lifting/unloading should be arranged with appropriate heavy-lift equipment. Confirm packaging details and freight responsibilities with the seller.

Typical uses include recycling metal cans, processing scrap from cars and machinery, reducing used metal for downstream processing, and general metal waste reduction in recycling and metal processing industries.
