Auto Pencil Sharpener Assembly Machine

The one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for core machine components. Consumable items and damage from misuse or improper installation are typically excluded. Specific warranty terms and claim procedures are provided with the purchase documentation.

Each machine ships with a machinery test report and a video of the outgoing inspection. Standard documentation also includes user/operator manuals and basic electrical/recommended maintenance information. Additional documents can be provided on request.

The machine uses a PLC-based control system for reliable, repeatable operation. PLC programming can be adjusted for production requirements and is supported by the manufacturer.

Yes, the machine is CE certified. It is supplied with standard safety features in line with CE requirements (such as guards and emergency stop). For detailed safety specifications and optional safety upgrades, please contact Hensen or your sales representative.

The machine weighs approximately 300 kg. It is packed in a wooden case for secure transport. Special packing or crating requirements can be accommodated on request.

The minimum order quantity is 1 set.

Yes. The machine can be customized to accommodate different sharpener designs, sizes, and production needs. Customization may involve mechanical tooling changes and PLC program updates. Contact Hensen with your product specifications for feasibility and a quotation.

Throughput depends on the specific sharpener design, cycle configuration and any customization. Production rate estimates and sample testing can be provided after reviewing your product details—please contact sales to arrange capacity benchmarks or on-site trials.

Hensen provides engineers available to service machinery overseas and offers online support after warranty. Support includes remote troubleshooting, spare parts supply and on-site service where required (subject to scheduling and regional availability).

Yes. Installation and commissioning services and operator training are available. These can be provided on-site by factory-trained engineers or remotely, depending on customer preference and location. Contact sales to schedule.

Spare parts and maintenance kits are available from the manufacturer. It is recommended to keep commonly replaced items (belts, sensors, wear parts) on hand to minimize downtime. Contact Hensen for a recommended spare-parts list for your application.

Yes. The PLC-based design allows integration with upstream and downstream equipment. Integration details depend on conveyor interfaces, communication protocols and line layout—Hensen can advise and provide integration support.

Routine maintenance typically includes regular cleaning, lubrication of moving parts, inspection and replacement of wear components, and periodic checks of electrical connections and sensors. A maintenance schedule and checklist are provided in the machine manual; Hensen can supply preventive maintenance plans on request.

For an accurate quote, provide desired sharpener design(s), expected production rate, any customization requirements and your delivery location. Lead time varies with configuration and current factory schedule—contact Hensen sales for a firm quote and estimated delivery time.

Power requirements and exact machine dimensions depend on the configuration and options selected. These specifications are provided with the technical datasheet for the chosen model—please request the datasheet or contact Hensen for detailed electrical and dimensional information.
