Raw Material

Main Equipments

The main equipment of antimony ore processing plant includes jaw crusher, cone crusher, belt conveyors, vibrating screens, ball mills, classifiers, thickeners etc.

Process

The specific process is as follows:

The first step of antimony ore beneficiation is ore washing. Since the raw ore generally contains mud, the washing operation is often an indispensable preparatory operation before hand selection.Then is the manual beneficiation on the manual beneficiation belt, which can discard a large amount of waste rock and choose high-quality large antimony concentrate. After manual selection, the crushing process is entered. The ore must be crushed and ground to a particle size below 30mm, and then the ore of 0-2mm, 2-8mm, and 8-30mm is sieved through a vibrating screen and a classifier.

After that these three minerals will enter the jig machine for gravity separation. The mixed concentrate from the last phase will go to the concentrate district by gravity. Then comes the flotation process, which is grinding, stirring and separating the tailings. And the flotation will apply roughing process, three cleaning process and two scavenging process. After the selected high-quality antimony powder is re-selected by a shaker, high-quality antimony concentrate and tailings can be obtained.
