What is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) involves placing an animal in a pressurized chamber where the air pressure is up to three times greater than normal atmospheric pressure. This environment allows the animal's lungs to absorb up to three times more oxygen, which is then transported throughout the body via the bloodstream.
