The 1.5–2 Ton/Hour Ring Die Feed Pellet Production Line is an integrated feed-processing system designed for the production of high-quality livestock and animal feed pellets. The line combines raw material cleaning, crushing, batching, mixing, steam conditioning, pelletising, cooling, screening, conveying and packaging into a coordinated production process.

The system can process raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, bran, straw and various feed additives. Raw materials are cleaned and crushed before being accurately batched and mixed according to the required formulation. The mixture is then steam-conditioned before entering the ring die pellet mill for pellet formation.

Automatic Packaging: Includes an open-mouth packing machine with a 40–50 kg weighing range.

Automatic Sealing: Finished bags can be sealed automatically following filling.

Centralised Control: An electrical control cabinet coordinates the operation of the production equipment.
