Agricultural Machinery Boom Sprayer Tractor PTO Driven Hydraulic Arm Spread Type Spray Machine

It is a PTO-driven boom sprayer with a hydraulic arm designed for even crop spraying, fertilizer application, pest control and general field maintenance. It is built for high production efficiency and safety in large-field agricultural operations.

Key specs provided: weight 150 kg, diameter 120 cm, single package size 270 x 110 x 130 cm. Core components listed: engine, gear, motor. It is PTO driven and features a hydraulic arm and spread-type boom for even coverage.

The sprayer is PTO driven, so it requires a tractor with a compatible PTO. Mounting and hitch compatibility (3-point, pull-type, etc.) are not specified — confirm your tractor's hitch type and PTO configuration with the supplier before purchase.

The product description does not list a required PTO horsepower or exact PTO speed. Many PTO sprayers use a standard PTO speed (commonly 540 rpm). Confirm the required PTO power and speed with the seller or check the product technical sheet to ensure your tractor meets the requirements.

The description lists a 'spread type' boom and a hydraulic arm for adjustable reach, but it does not specify boom width. Boom width and adjustability vary by model — request the exact boom span and adjustment range from the supplier.

Tank capacity is not specified in the provided description. The diameter is listed as 120 cm, which may relate to tank size; contact the seller for the exact tank volume and related capacity specifications.

Most boom sprayers support interchangeable nozzle types (flat fan, cone, flood, etc.) and allow pattern control via nozzle selection, pressure adjustment and boom height. Check the supplied nozzle list or ask the manufacturer which nozzles are included and recommended for specific applications.

Calibration generally involves: 1) measuring nozzle output (L/min) at operating pressure, 2) calculating output per hectare based on ground speed and boom width, and 3) adjusting pressure/nozzle size to reach desired L/ha. Ask the supplier for a model-specific calibration guide or use standard sprayer calibration procedures.

Typical maintenance: rinse and flush tank, hoses and boom after each use; inspect and replace worn nozzles, hoses and seals; check pump, filters and pressure lines; lubricate moving parts and hydraulic joints; winterize by draining water and storing in a dry place. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule in the manual.

Follow general sprayer safety: wear appropriate PPE (gloves, goggles, respirator), secure the sprayer to the tractor properly, verify hydraulic and PTO guards are in place, relieve pressure before servicing, operate boom at safe heights and speeds, avoid spraying near people/animals and sensitive crops, and follow chemical label safety instructions.

Yes — it is suitable for crop protection products and liquid fertilizers. Chemical compatibility depends on the formulation; always follow chemical label guidance and thoroughly rinse the system between different products to avoid contamination or chemical reactions.

The product likely requires some assembly and tractor mounting. The description notes a single package size (270 x 110 x 130 cm) and that test reports and outgoing inspection videos are provided. Ask the supplier for a detailed packing list and assembly/installation instructions.

Provided single package size: 270 x 110 x 130 cm. Machine weight is listed as 150 kg. Shipping weight may be higher when factoring packaging materials — confirm final shipping weight and dimensions with the seller or freight provider.

The description does not specify warranty terms. Request warranty details, spare parts availability, service support and lead times from the vendor before purchase to ensure adequate after-sales coverage.

Common spare parts include nozzles, filters, hoses, seals, pumps and PTO shafts. Contact the manufacturer or supplier for a parts list, part numbers and ordering procedures. Keep a list of frequently replaced items on hand to minimize downtime.
