Product Description

The HY-640x900 fully automatic vacuum forming machine is designed to form disposable food boxes and related packaging products from PS foam sheet. It combines forming, cutting and robotic stacking in one automated process, helping reduce manual handling and simplify production. Finished products are discharged automatically for manual packing.

The production sequence covers sheet unwinding, preheating, feeding, heating, forming, cutting, robotic gripping and stacking. A single robot arm provides automatic gripping and placement, while an adjustable counter enables the conveyor to discharge products when the preset quantity is reached.
