Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred. If you supply raster files, provide them at high resolution—typically 150–300 DPI at final print size. Please include all fonts or convert them to outlines and supply a color reference or CMYK files where possible.

Standard and custom sizes are available. Typical event arches commonly range from about 3m to 7m wide, but fully custom widths and heights can be produced to suit your event—contact the supplier with desired dimensions.

An electric blower is required to inflate and maintain the arch. Depending on the supplier, a blower may be included or offered as an optional accessory—confirm with your sales contact. Blowers are available in regional voltages (110–120V or 220–240V).

Setup is straightforward. With a blower and two people, setup typically takes 10–20 minutes. Time may vary with arch size and site conditions.

Secure the arch using the supplied anchor points with ground stakes, sandbags, or tether lines depending on surface type. Avoid use in strong winds; follow the supplier’s guidance and local safety regulations. If high winds are forecast, deflate and store the arch to prevent damage or injury.

Yes, the arch can be used indoors provided the venue has sufficient ceiling height and clearance, and permits the use of electric blowers. Check venue rules regarding anchoring, electrical power and fire safety.

Clean with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly and allow the arch to air dry completely before folding. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects. Proper drying before storage prevents mold and mildew.

Repair kits for small punctures and patches are commonly available. Suppliers can also provide replacement parts (zippers, straps) and repair services for larger damage—check with your vendor for availability.

Lead time varies by order size and customization level. Typical production time after artwork approval is commonly between 7–21 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen carrier. Contact sales for an accurate estimate.

Warranty and after-sales support vary by supplier. Many vendors offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects and provide guidance on repairs and maintenance—confirm warranty terms with your sales representative.

Arches are generally stand-alone units, but you can place multiple arches in sequence or side-by-side for larger setups. If you require integrated or connected structures, ask the supplier about custom solutions or connector options.
