Advanced 1.3m 1.6m 1.8m printing machine With A 3200 DX5 XP600 Print Head

The machine is available in three nominal widths: 1.3 m (1300 mm), 1.6 m (1600 mm) and 1.8 m (1800 mm). The maximum medium width supported is 1900 mm and the max printable width is 1800 mm.

The printer is compatible with Epson DX5, i3200 and XP600 print heads. It is offered in configurable head setups; commonly supplied with 1 or 2 heads (and some configurations support 3 heads—confirm with the vendor when ordering).

The printer supports up to 3200 dpi resolution. Print speeds vary by quality mode and number of heads (see speed table in product specs).

Speeds depend on pass mode and head count. Example speeds from the spec: Sketch (2-pass) — 45 sqm/h (2 heads) or up to 75 sqm/h (3 heads); Production (4-pass) — 37 sqm/h (2 heads) or 65 sqm/h (3 heads); Precision (6-pass) — 25 sqm/h (2 heads) or 55 sqm/h (3 heads); Quality (8-pass) — 20 sqm/h (2 heads) or 45 sqm/h (3 heads). Actual throughput depends on RIP settings and media.

The printer supports eco-solvent ink and sublimation ink. Standard color setup is 4 colors (C/M/Y/K).

Ink is delivered via a siphon ink supply system. Standard bottle capacity is 1000 ml per color.

Supported media includes PP paper, photo paper, inkjet light box material, photo album paper, car stickers, wallpaper, leather, gum (adhesive vinyl), and light cloth. For sublimation work, transfer onto fabric using sublimation paper and a heat transfer process is supported.

First, print your design onto sublimation paper using the sublimation ink. Then transfer the pattern from the sublimation paper to fabric with a heat transfer machine following standard sublimation temperature and dwell time procedures.

The printer supports 220 V or 110 V at 50/60 Hz (standard power connector). Rated power consumption is approximately 800 W. Verify local electrical compatibility before installation.

Recommended operating temperature is 15–35 °C and relative humidity between 40–70% RH for optimal performance and print head life.

Packaged dimensions are approximately 296 x 74 x 64 cm (L x W x H). Net weight is about 180 kg and gross weight about 210 kg.

The machine includes a 1-year warranty on the unit (this warranty excludes the print head). Service terms may vary, so check the seller's full warranty policy for details on parts, labor and response times.

Regular maintenance includes routine head cleaning cycles, using recommended inks to avoid clogging, keeping ink lines and dampers clean, and following daily/weekly maintenance procedures supplied by the manufacturer. Periodic manual cleaning and alignment may be required to maintain print quality.

The printer works with standard RIP and driver software that supports Epson DX5/i3200/XP600 print heads. Use a RIP that can manage color profiles, ICCs and multi-head configurations; consult the supplier for recommended RIP packages and driver installers.

Yes. Eco‑solvent inks can emit VOCs; provide adequate ventilation in the printing area and follow local regulations for solvent handling and storage. Use personal protective equipment as recommended and ensure good airflow or extraction to protect operators and finished prints.
