It is designed to seal cups, cans, cardboard cartons and boxes and is suited for food, commodity and chemical packaging. For unusual shapes or very small/large items, check with the supplier about required fixtures or adjustments.

Yes — the machine provides automatic folding and sealing for both top and bottom of cartons/cases using tape.

Machine dimensions are 1500 × 800 × 950 mm. Allow additional clearance for operator access, infeed/outfeed conveyors and service (recommend at least 1 m clearance on accessible sides). The packed crate size is listed as 199 × 99 × 99 cm.

The machine requires 220V, 50Hz electric supply. Confirm local power compatibility and whether a dedicated line, breaker or grounding is needed prior to installation.

Single gross weight is approximately 600 kg. Use a forklift or pallet jack and appropriate rigging for unloading and positioning. Skilled personnel should handle installation.

The machine is compatible with standard carton sealing tapes (pressure-sensitive polypropylene/PVC). Typical widths used in industry are 36–48 mm, but confirm recommended tape width and adhesive grade with the supplier for optimal performance.

Yes — it is adjustable to accommodate a range of carton and case sizes. Exact size range and tooling requirements (especially for cylindrical items like cups/cans) should be confirmed with the vendor or in the product manual.

The machine is automatic and designed for easy operation. Minimal operator training is needed for routine production, while initial setup and changeovers require basic operator instruction.

Perform routine checks: inspect and clean tape heads and sensors, lubricate moving parts as recommended in the manual, replace worn belts/rollers, and verify electrical connections. Schedule preventive maintenance per supplier guidance.

The specification lists online support. For on-site installation, commissioning, spare parts and extended service contracts, contact the supplier to confirm available options and fees.

The machine is listed for food, commodity and chemical applications. For food or hazardous materials, you may need specific hygiene, material or certification requirements (e.g., stainless contact parts, washdown capability). Confirm compliance and necessary modifications with the supplier.

While the product emphasizes durability and reliability, standard industrial safety features (emergency stop, protective guards, interlocks) are commonly included. Request a detailed safety specification and CE/other certifications from the vendor.

Contact the supplier or authorized distributor for spare parts and recommended consumables (tape types, rollers, blades). Keep part numbers and the machine serial number on hand when ordering.

Yes — with proper infeed/outfeed alignment and conveyor integration the machine can be incorporated into a production line. Discuss required interfaces, speeds and mounting options with the supplier or integrator.

Warranty terms and product certifications (CE, ISO, etc.) are not listed in the basic specification. Ask the supplier for warranty length, coverage details and copies of any applicable certifications before purchase.
