A4 UV Flatbed Printer Automatic Flatbed Phone Case Military Card Personalized Printing XP600/TX800 1pc Head Print Dimension

A compact automatic flatbed inkjet printer that uses UV-curable inks to print high-quality, durable images on small substrates up to A4 size (210 × 297 mm). It's designed for personalizing phone cases, cards, USB sticks, metal, glass, plastics and similar items.

The printer is A4 format, so the maximum printable area is approximately 210 × 297 mm (A4).

Common substrates include plastics (phone cases, power banks), metals, glass, wood, leather, coated papers, and many rigid or semi-rigid items. Some materials may require pre-treatment or a primer.

It uses UV-curable ink which is cured (hardened) by UV light to produce vibrant, scratch- and water-resistant prints. Durability depends on substrate, curing, and post-treatment; outdoor longevity also depends on UV exposure and clear coatings.

The unit is equipped with a single print head compatible with XP600/TX800 style heads. '1pc Head' indicates one print head installed; this affects resolution, color channels and replacement/maintenance procedures.

Actual resolution and speed depend on the print head, RIP/software and chosen quality mode. The printer is capable of photo-quality printing; for exact DPI and prints-per-hour figures check with the seller or product datasheet.

Many UV flatbed printers support white and varnish (clear) layers for opacity and special effects. This model description doesn't explicitly confirm those functions—please verify with the supplier if white/varnish/primer channels are supported.

Maximum printable thickness is not specified in the provided listing. Typical A4 flatbeds can handle several centimeters of height, but please confirm the exact maximum substrate thickness with the seller.

Use jigs/fixtures to hold and level the item on the flatbed, set appropriate Z-height and head gap settings in the software, and perform test prints. Small curves can be managed, but very deep contours may need special fixtures or pre-treatment.

The printer works with common image files (TIFF, JPEG, PNG, PDF) through RIP or driver software. It typically requires RIP software for color management and layer control—confirm which RIPs are bundled or compatible with the unit.

Connection and driver details are not listed. Most flatbed printers use USB or Ethernet and have Windows drivers. Ask the vendor for confirmed connectivity options and supported OS versions before purchase.

Power: AC 110–220V. Physical dimensions: 58 × 37 × 36 cm (L × W × H). Weight: 36 kg.

Regular maintenance includes print head cleaning, capping/station upkeep, wiping wipers, running nozzle checks, keeping the flatbed clean and dust free, and using manufacturer-recommended cleaning fluids and procedures to prevent clogs.

Consumables include UV ink cartridges, print heads (when worn or damaged), maintenance solution, wiper blades, caps/dampers and possibly UV lamps or LEDs. Keep spares and approved consumables on hand for continuous operation.

Use in a well-ventilated area, avoid direct skin/eye exposure to uncured ink and UV light, wear gloves and follow MSDS for inks. Warranty and support vary by seller—check warranty length, included training/manuals and after-sales support before buying.
