8 Ton 15 Ton 25 Ton Hydraulic Log Splitter Log Wood Splitter Wood Splitter Firewood

This model is available in three splitting-force options: 8 Ton, 15 Ton, and 25 Ton so you can choose based on the size and hardness of the wood you need to split.

The single package size is 120 x 36 x 62 cm. The unit's net weight is listed as 50 kg and the single gross (packed) weight is 80 kg. It is packed in a wooden case for transport.

The wood splitting stroke is 660 mm and the machine has a quick 6-second workmanship cycle for fast, repetitive splitting.

This splitter can be equipped with either a flat head or a cross head cutter depending on the splitting pattern you prefer.

The product uses a hydraulic splitting system driven by a motor. Specific motor types (electric or petrol) may vary by model or configuration — please check the specific product listing or contact the seller for the exact power option available.

Choose based on the wood species and log size: lighter-duty needs and softer woods can usually be handled by the 8 Ton model; mixed and medium hardwoods often suit the 15 Ton; and heavy-duty splitting of large or dense hardwoods is best done with the 25 Ton model. If in doubt, consult the seller with examples of your typical log sizes and wood types.

Yes — the machine is designed for easy operation with straightforward controls. However, new users should read the operating manual fully and follow safety instructions before use.

Wear appropriate PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection), ensure the unit is on a stable level surface, never place hands near the wedge while operating, keep bystanders clear, do not attempt to split unsuitable materials (rocks, metal), and follow the operator manual for safe procedures.

Regular maintenance generally includes inspecting hydraulic hoses and fittings for leaks, checking hydraulic oil level, keeping the wedge sharp and clean, tightening fasteners, and storing the machine in a dry place. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule and contact the seller for recommended service intervals and approved hydraulic fluid types.

The product listing indicates a 1-year service/warranty. For warranty coverage details (what is included or excluded) and how to obtain repairs or replacement parts, contact the seller or your local after-sales service representative.

It is suitable for both home and light commercial use (e.g., small firewood businesses, farms). For heavy industrial continuous-duty applications, check with the seller to confirm the recommended model and any industrial-duty variants.

The splitter stroke is 660 mm, so log length should not exceed the stroke length. Maximum log diameter that can be split depends on the chosen tonnage and the wood species (softwood vs hardwood). For precise diameter capacity, please consult the seller or product manual.

Replacement cutter heads (flat/cross), common wear parts, and hydraulic components are typically available — contact the seller or authorized parts distributor to confirm availability and ordering information.
