700 Industrial Steam air Food Can Retort Sterilizer Water Bath Canning Baby Pet Food Retort Autoclave

It is a horizontal autoclave/retort designed for commercial food sterilization using steam heating and hot water spraying. It is intended for canning and sterilizing baby food, pet food, jars and cans in food production facilities.

The unit uses heat-based sterilization with steam heating and hot water spraying (water bath style) to achieve the required sterilization conditions.

The specification lists a maximum temperature of 134°C. Actual process temperature and holding time will depend on the product being processed and required sterilization parameters.

Dimensions are 1.6 m (L) × 1.0 m (W) × 2.4 m (H). The unit weight is approximately 800 kg and the construction material is stainless steel SUS304.

The specification lists voltage as 110–380 V. Power is listed as '7W' in the spec sheet; this appears unusually low for a sterilizer—please confirm the actual electrical power rating (likely given in kW) with the supplier before purchase.

The retort supports steam heating from a boiler and electric heating, giving flexibility depending on your facility's utilities and preferences.

It features an automatic control system for easier operation and process control. The supplier also lists online support for setup and troubleshooting.

It is designed for sterilizing canned and jarred foods including baby food, pet food, and other high-temperature processed food items in commercial production.

Throughput is not specified in the sheet and depends on can/jar size, packing configuration and sterilization cycle time. Contact the supplier with your container sizes and target cycles for an estimated throughput.

Cycle times vary by product, container size and sterilization profile. The unit can reach up to 134°C, but exact cycle duration must be determined by process validation—consult the manufacturer or a process engineer for recommended cycles.

Typical requirements include appropriate electrical supply (110–380 V), a steam source or adequate electric supply for heating, potable/process water supply, drainage, and a floor capable of supporting ~800 kg. Professional installation is recommended.

As it is made of SUS304 stainless steel, routine cleaning and CIP procedures are straightforward. Regular maintenance should include gasket and valve inspections, boiler checks (if used), pump and spray system checks, and calibration of control instruments. Follow the supplier's maintenance schedule.

The product lists an automatic control system which typically includes interlocks and automated process controls. For specifics such as pressure relief valves, emergency stop, and over-temperature protection, request the detailed safety specifications from the supplier.

No certifications are listed in the provided description. If you require CE, ISO, FDA or other compliance documentation, ask the supplier to provide copies of relevant certificates before purchase.

The spec sheet notes online support. Warranty period, spare parts availability and on-site service options are not listed—confirm warranty terms, lead times for spare parts, and local service arrangements with the vendor prior to ordering.
