The YB100 series precision CNC horizontal hobbing machine is a kind of lathe machine that developed for the efficient processing medium diameter gears, mainly used for the machining of cylindrical spur gears and helical gears with a module of 3mm and a diameter of less than 100mm.

This model of lathe machine adopts Japanese FANUC numerical control system, seven-axis four-linkage numerical control machines which can control X, Y, Z, W, A, B, C seven service axes.

Double Spindle

Work spindle adopts FANUC torque motor, with FANUC original encoder, so that it can make indexing precision higher , no clearance drive, and its speed of up to 1000r / min.
 

The work spindle torque motor is equipped with an oil cooling device to enable stable performance of the workpiece spindle.
