The Model 6240 is a gravity-feed soft serve ice cream and frozen yoghurt machine designed for commercial dessert service. It delivers a rated capacity of 40 litres per hour and supports two individual flavours plus one mixed flavour.
The machine has two 1.8-litre freezing cylinders and two 12.5-litre hoppers. Stainless steel agitators are fitted in the hoppers. Pre-cooling and standby functions are included to support day-to-day operation.
Powered by a 2,600 W, 220 V system operating at 50/60 Hz, the unit uses an Embraco 2212 main compressor rated at 5,039 BTU/hr with R404a refrigerant. A separate 400 BTU/hr pre-cooling compressor uses R134a refrigerant, while the beater system is driven by one 1.5 HP motor.
