6-12 Ton Truck Hydraulic Scissor Car Lift Platform Loading Dock With Ramp

The standard specification shown is 6000 kg (6 tons). Contact the supplier for available variants or custom models up to 12 tons as implied by the product name.

The table/platform size is 11,000 mm (length) x 2,020 mm (width) x 1,100 mm (height).

It uses a hydraulic cylinder drive (hydraulic lifting system) for smooth and powerful lifting.

Yes — the product is described as a loading dock with ramp. The ramp provides a gradual incline for loading/unloading vehicles or goods onto the platform; confirm ramp length, angle and surface finish with the supplier for your needs.

The unit is described as mobile for easy transportation and setup, so a permanent pit is not necessarily required. Site-specific foundation or leveling requirements may still apply — verify with the manufacturer or installer.

The lift is hydraulic and requires a hydraulic power unit (motor and pump). Exact electrical specifications (voltage, phase, motor power) are not in the basic spec — ask the supplier for the power unit details for your model.

Common safety features for hydraulic scissor lifts include emergency stop, mechanical safety locks or overload protection, non-slip platform surface, warning labels, and safety barriers. Confirm the specific safety devices included with your purchase.

Regular maintenance typically includes hydraulic fluid checks and changes, inspection of cylinders and hoses for leaks, lubrication of pivot points, checking fasteners, and periodic inspection of the steel structure for wear or corrosion. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.

Many manufacturers offer customization (alternate platform sizes, increased capacity up to stated limits, surface treatments, and accessories). Contact the supplier with your requirements to confirm available custom options.

It is suitable for warehousing and logistics loading docks, vehicle servicing and machinery repair, building material and garment shops for heavy loads, and manufacturing plants where efficient loading/unloading and higher-level lifting are required.

The listing indicates a mobile design to ease transportation and setup, but actual portability (wheels, tow points, disassembly) varies by model. Confirm dimensions, weight, and transport features with the supplier to plan handling and shipping.

Availability of spare parts and service depends on the manufacturer and local distributors. Ask the seller about spare parts, recommended service providers, and lead times before purchase.

Stable, level ground and adequate clearance around the platform are necessary. Extreme temperatures, corrosive environments, or dusty/dirty sites may require special materials or protective coatings. Confirm environmental suitability with the supplier.

Operators should be trained on safe lift operation, load distribution, emergency procedures, and routine inspections. Local regulations may require certified operators — check applicable workplace safety rules.

Certification (CE, ISO, etc.) and warranty terms are not specified in the basic description. Request documentation of certifications, test reports, and the warranty policy from the manufacturer or distributor before purchase.
