5m3/h Pump Refractory Dry Mix Shotcrete Machine Used for Spraying Refractory Materials

Rated output is 1–5 m3/h (commonly referred to as 5 m3/h) depending on material mix, hose length, and operating conditions.

Designed for dry-mix refractory materials used in furnace lining, thermal insulation and other high-temperature applications. Use dry mixes with maximum aggregate size up to 15 mm.

Electric drive, 5.5 kW motor. Standard supply: 380 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase. Confirm local supply compatibility before purchase.

Yes — it requires compressed air. Air consumption is approximately 8–9 m3/min; ensure an appropriately sized compressor or central air supply.

Maximum horizontal conveying distance is up to 100 m, but achievable distance depends on material, hose diameter, and compressor performance.

Recommended hose inner diameter is 51 mm. Use quality shotcrete hoses rated for refractory materials and the job's pressure.

Overall dimensions are 1.35 m (L) × 0.75 m (W) × 1.2 m (H) and the machine weight is approximately 720 kg.

Working pressure ranges from 0.2 to 0.4 MPa and rotor speed is 13.2 r/min.

No. Maximum recommended aggregate size is 15 mm. Very wet or oversized aggregates can cause blockages and inconsistent spraying.

Operators should wear eye protection, respiratory protection (dust mask or respirator), gloves, hearing protection, and protective clothing. Follow local safety standards and keep bystanders clear of spray area.

Regular checks include cleaning the hopper and hoses after each shift, inspecting wear parts (nozzles, rotor, stator, seals), lubricating as recommended, and checking electrical and air connections. Replace worn parts promptly to avoid performance loss.

Online support is available and field maintenance and repair service can be provided. Contact the supplier for details on on-site service agreements.

Yes. Certifications listed include ISO and CE. Request copies of certificates from the supplier if required for compliance.

Common issues: blockages (clear hose, check aggregate size and moisture), low output (check air supply, rotor function, and feed rate), uneven spray (adjust mix gradation or air pressure). Refer to troubleshooting guide or contact support for complex faults.

Spare parts for core components (engine, rotor, seals) are available through the supplier. Common accessories include extension hoses, nozzles, wear-resistant linings, and compatible compressors. Confirm availability when ordering.
