The QF-DNM-3B Maize Grits Making Machine is designed specifically for crushing and grinding corn in large, medium and small grain processing plants and food factories. It combines corn peeling and milling functions in one machine and operates with a 7.5 kW motor.
The machine performs corn cleaning, hulling, germ removal, root removal, black navel removal, crushing, grits removal, grading and polishing in a single process. It separates the processed corn into three finished products: medium grits, small grits (corn dregs) and corn flour.
- Adjustable granularity allows the particle size to be changed using the hand wheel and the distance between the tooth plates.
- An internal winnowing and dedusting blower collects micro husks and impurities through its air tunnel.
- A pressure valve controls how long the corn remains in the hulling chamber.
- Integrated peeling and milling provide high output while limiting power consumption.
The QF-DNM-3B has a processing capacity of 500 kg/h and a spindle speed of 860 r/min. It operates at 380 V/50 Hz and measures 2200 x 600 x 1200 mm, with an approximate weight of 350 kg.
