The 500kg/h Animal Feed Pellet Production Line is a complete feed processing solution designed to efficiently produce high-quality feed pellets for poultry, livestock, and other farm animals. The system combines raw material mixing, conveying, pelletizing, and electrical control into a streamlined production process that delivers consistent pellet quality and reliable performance.
At the heart of the production line is a horizontal ribbon mixer capable of processing 500kg per batch in approximately 15–20 minutes. The mixer ensures thorough blending of feed ingredients, providing excellent mixing uniformity and creating the ideal feed composition before pellet production.
The integrated screw conveyor automatically transfers mixed materials to the pelletizing stage, improving workflow efficiency and reducing manual handling. The pellet machine then compresses powdered feed materials such as corn, grain, straw, and other feed ingredients into dense, cylindrical pellets. Through a combination of pressure and heat, the process improves feed digestibility, reduces waste, and enhances palatability for animals.
The pellet mill is equipped with a high-efficiency alloy steel forming die designed with an optimized compression ratio to increase pellet density and production efficiency. High-wear-resistant rollers manufactured from hardened 40CrMn alloy steel provide exceptional durability and extended service life, even under continuous operation.
Designed for medium-scale feed production operations, the line delivers an output capacity of 400–600 kg per hour and produces pellets ranging from 3 mm to 8 mm in diameter. The system is suitable for a wide variety of feed formulations and operates with raw materials containing moisture levels between 15% and 20%.
