4x8 CNC Router Industrial Woodworking and Carpentry Machine

The machine working area is 1300 × 2500 mm, which corresponds to the common 4×8 ft panel size.

The router can be equipped with DSP control systems or Syntec control systems (selectable based on customer preference).

Spindle options include 6.0 kW or 3.5 kW units. Both air-cooled and water-cooled spindles are available to improve cutting performance and reduce maintenance.

It is designed for non-metal materials such as solid wood, plywood, MDF, HDF, particleboard, acrylic, plastics, foam, and composite panels used in woodworking and carpentry.

The machine uses Taiwan TBI ball screws for transmission and imported linear guide rails with ball screws on the X/Y/Z axes for stable, precise motion.

The router is compatible with common CAM/CAD software such as ArtCAM, Type3, Artcut, and NCStudio. These programs can generate CNC-compatible output (G-code/NC files) for the controller.

Options include an Aluminum T-slot working table and a double-layer vacuum adsorption table. The vacuum table is divided into 6 independently controlled zones (6 control valves) with adjustable vacuum gauges and offers 108 vacuum positions to minimize dead corners and help hold small panels.

The machine supports either 220 VAC or 380 VAC power supply, depending on configuration and regional requirements.

The vacuum table aids holding and partial dust collection; however, for efficient chip and dust extraction we recommend connecting an external dust collector/extractor (noted as compatible with the machine).

Servo tool magazine options are available; compared with stepper-driven magazines, servo tool magazines provide faster and more accurate tool changes.

High-quality components include Leadshine stepper/servo drivers, Schneider Electric parts, Fulling inverters, and Delta inverters (depending on the chosen configuration).

The machine bed is constructed with steel seamless welding for high wear resistance and durability, designed to resist deformation over time.
