11.8m Prefabricated Apple Cabin / Modular Accommodation Unit

The 11.8m Prefabricated Apple Cabin is a fully engineered modular accommodation unit designed for applications such as resorts, guest accommodation, campsites, temporary accommodation, worker housing and commercial modular developments.

The cabin features a galvanized steel structural frame, insulated wall and roof systems, electrical fittings, finished flooring, aluminum-glass doors and double-glazed windows. Its modular construction allows the unit to be manufactured and installed efficiently while also supporting customised configurations.

Standard Interior Configuration

The cabin includes a completed internal electrical and finishing package consisting of:

Insulation & Structural Design

The cabin is constructed around a galvanized steel frame, providing a durable structural foundation for the modular unit. The roof incorporates 50 mm rock wool insulation beneath the galvanized colour steel roofing, while the external wall system incorporates insulation between the external and internal wall layers.

This construction is designed to provide improved thermal insulation, durability and fire resistance for accommodation applications.

Door & Window System

The standard configuration includes a broken-bridge aluminium glass door measuring approximately 1,000 × 2,200 mm.

The cabin is also fitted with broken-bridge aluminium hollow tempered double-glazed windows, measuring approximately 800 × 1,100 mm, using 5 + 12 + 5 mm glass construction.

Optional Bathroom Configuration

A bathroom can be incorporated as an optional configuration with separate dry and wet areas.
