Purified RO Water Treatment Equipment / Plant

The Purified RO Water Treatment Equipment / Plant is designed to provide high-quality drinking water by using advanced filtration and reverse osmosis technology. The system ensures the removal of impurities, particles, and contaminants, delivering clean and safe water.

Flow Chart:

• Raw Water Tank → Raw Water Pump → Multi-Medium Filter → Active Carbon Filter → Water Softener (Sodium Ion Exchanger) → Precision Filter → RO Mainframe (Including Chemical Cleaning Device) → Ozone Generator → Finished Product Water Tank

System Stages:

First Stage Pretreatment (Sand Filter):

• Purpose: Removes sediment, manganese, rust, colloidal materials, mechanical impurities, suspended solids, and other particles larger than 20 microns.
• Key Metrics:
  • Turbidity < 0.5 NTU
  • CODMn < 1.5 mg/L
  • Iron content < 0.05 mg/L
  • SDI ≤ 5
• Process: The water passes through multi-medium quartz sand filters to isolate impurities and suspended materials, ensuring effective purification.

Second Stage Pretreatment (Carbon Filter):

• Purpose: Removes pigments, odors, and harmful chemical pollutants like pesticides, as well as chlorine and organic materials.
• Key Features:
  • Adsorption capacity of activated carbon removes residual chlorine and organic contaminants.
  • Chlorine levels ≤ 0.1 mL/M3.
  • SDI ≤ 4.
  • Prevents damage to reverse osmosis membranes by removing strong oxidants like chlorine.

Third Stage Pretreatment (Resin Softener):

• Purpose: Softens water by removing hardness-causing calcium (Ca2+) and magnesium (Mg2+) ions using cationic resin.
• Process:
  • Calcium and magnesium ions are exchanged with sodium ions in the resin, preventing fouling of the reverse osmosis membrane.
  • System includes automatic backwashing for continuous efficient operation.

Fourth Stage Pretreatment (Micron Filter):

• Purpose: Removes fine particles and colloidal substances that remain after the sand filter.
• Function:
  • Ensures turbidity reduction to below 1 degree.
  • Removes particles in the 1-5 micron size range, protecting downstream processes.

RO System:

• Technology: Uses reverse osmosis (RO) technology for desalination and purification.
• Key Features:
  • The RO membrane has a pore size of 0.001 microns, capable of removing dissolved solids, bacteria, viruses, and harmful microorganisms.
  • Desalination rate exceeds 99.6%, ensuring high-quality purified water.
  • The system includes:
    • Security filter
    • High-pressure pump (provides the required pressure for the RO membrane)
    • Reverse osmosis membrane
• Protection: Pre-treatment systems safeguard the RO membrane, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

Ozone Generator:

• Purpose: The ozone generator helps with disinfection, further improving the water quality by eliminating residual contaminants.

Finished Product Water Tank:

• After passing through all stages of filtration, the purified water is stored in the finished product water tank, ready for consumption or packaging.
