4 Color Flexo Printing Machine

The machine is designed to print on a wide range of roll materials including paper, cloth, nonwoven fabrics, PP, PE, PET and metallic/laminate foil.

The machine has a high print speed of up to 80 m/min, enabling high-throughput production.

This is a 4-color flexo machine suitable for process (CMYK) and spot color work across four printing units.

The specification lists 'Letterpress' plate type; the machine is compatible with standard flexographic plate systems—confirm exact plate thickness and mounting method with the supplier.

Operation is computer-controlled with a PLC (from Taiwan) for automation, registration control and ease of operation.

The machine requires a 380 V power supply (three-phase). Proper electrical installation and grounding by a qualified electrician is required.

Overall dimensions are approximately L 4300 × W 1700 × H 2500 mm and the machine weight is around 2000 kg.

Yes. The 4 Color Flexo Printing Machine is an in-line fully automatic system designed for automated feeding, printing and material handling to reduce manual intervention.

It is compatible with common flexographic ink systems (water-based, solvent-based and UV inks), but ink choice depends on substrate and drying system—confirm compatibility with your ink supplier and the machine vendor.

Drying or curing equipment needs depend on ink type; the machine can be configured with appropriate drying/UV systems, so verify the supplied configuration or request optional dryers/UV units.

Common consumables include flexo plates, anilox rolls, doctor blades, inks, wash solvents and adhesives/tension components. Regular spare parts include bearings, belts and electrical components—check with the supplier for a recommended spare-parts list.

The PLC and computer controls provide fine registration adjustments. Good prepress (accurate plates), correct anilox selection, proper ink viscosity and trained operators are essential for consistent high-quality printing.

Installation requires a level, structurally sound floor, appropriate electrical and (if needed) ventilation for solvents. Manufacturers or dealers typically provide installation, commissioning and operator training—confirm these services when ordering.

Warranty terms and after-sales support vary by supplier. Ask your vendor for details on warranty period, coverage, maintenance contracts and spare-part availability.

Daily cleaning of plates, anilox rolls and ink zones, routine lubrication, periodic inspection of mechanical and electrical systems, and following the manufacturer's maintenance schedule will keep the machine running reliably. Use cleaning agents compatible with the inks in use and follow safety guidelines.
