4 Color Central Drum Flexographic Press Plastic Film Bopp Pe CI Flexo Printing Machine

The press is designed to print on a wide range of substrates including BOPP, PE, OPP, plastic films, paper, non-woven fabric, napkins and laminated materials compatible with flexo inks.

Maximum print dimension (print width) is 960 mm and the maximum production speed is up to 150 m/min, depending on substrate, ink type and job complexity.

The standard model name indicates a 4-color configuration, but the platform supports multicolor configurations. Six-color stations are available as an option or in alternate models—confirm the exact configuration when ordering.

The machine supports both water-based and solvent-based flexo inks. Ensure ink formulation is compatible with your substrate and drying system.

The press is designed for flexographic plate use. Some specifications list letterpress-style plate mounting—please confirm plate thickness and mounting method with the supplier so plates are prepared correctly.

Voltage can be configured for 220 V to 380 V depending on customer needs. The machine weight is approximately 7500 kg and dimensions are 6500 x 2500 x 3500 mm, so a suitable foundation, forklift/crane for installation and proper power supply are required.

Yes. It is equipped with an auto tension system for consistent web handling and features registration controls for color alignment; fine tuning may be required for different substrates and speeds.

Drying systems vary by configuration (hot-air, IR, or combination) and are typically optional or configured per order. Confirm with the supplier which drying unit is included or recommended for your ink/substrate.

Routine maintenance includes daily cleaning of doctor blades and anilox/plates, regular inspection of ink pumps and shafts, lubrication of bearings and gears as per the maintenance schedule, and periodic replacement of wear parts like doctor blades and seals.

Yes. Spare parts, consumables and technical support are available—confirm lead times and whether on-site installation, commissioning and operator training are included in your purchase agreement.

The press is listed with CE and ISO certifications. Specific certificate numbers and compliance documentation should be requested at the time of purchase.

150 m/min is the machine's top mechanical speed; actual achievable print quality at that speed depends on substrate, ink, plate screening, drying capacity and registration. For highest resolution or challenging substrates, recommended running speeds may be lower.

The press features automatic operation to simplify use, but trained operators are required to handle plate mounting, color matching, tension and registration adjustments, maintenance and safety procedures. Supplier training is recommended.

Yes. The press is suitable for printing on rolls for BOPP/PE films used in label, bag and packaging production. Additional converting stations (slitting, rewinding, bag-making) are available separately or as integrated options.

Packaging and shipping depend on destination and custom configuration; typical lead times range from several weeks to a few months. Warranty terms vary by supplier—request written warranty, spare-parts policy and delivery schedule when ordering.
