Product Description:
The 3WFQ-1500 is a trailer-mounted air-blast sprayer designed for large-scale orchard, vineyard, and plantation spraying applications. Built with a durable 1500L tank, this unit is engineered for towing behind a tractor, delivering efficient, wide-coverage spraying for pest control, fertilization, and crop protection across extensive planted areas.
Powered by a matched tractor PTO of 30–60HP, the sprayer uses an 800mm diameter fan to project spray droplets up to a 22,000mm (22m) horizontal range, allowing operators to cover wide rows or multiple tree lines per pass without needing to drive directly alongside every plant. The system operates at a working pressure of 0.8–1.0MPa with a rated flow rate of 80–100L/min, delivering consistent, high-volume coverage suited to dense or tall crop canopies.
With overall dimensions of 3300×1400×1500mm, the unit is compact enough for maneuvering between rows while still offering substantial tank capacity to minimize refill stops during large spraying operations.
