308E LED 308nm Excimer Laser UVB Phototherapy Device Portable Handheld Instrument for Vitiligo Psoriasis Eczema Treatment

The device is a portable handheld phototherapy instrument that emits targeted 308 nm UVB light (narrow‑band excimer wavelength) to treat localized skin conditions. The focused UVB energy reduces inflammation and can stimulate repigmentation in vitiligo and help clear psoriatic or eczematous lesions when used according to a treatment plan.

It is intended for localized treatment of vitiligo, psoriasis, eczema/dermatitis, and pruritus (itching). It is designed for use on small to medium-sized lesions across many body areas (face, hands, arms/legs, trunk, armpit, bikini area, lips, etc.).

The device is designed for home use, but safety depends on following the manufacturer instructions and medical guidance. Consult a dermatologist before beginning treatment, use proper eye protection, avoid overexposure, and follow recommended session frequency and dosing.

Treatment frequency and duration depend on your skin type, condition severity, and dermatologist guidance. Many localized 308 nm protocols use sessions 1–3 times per week with rest days between treatments. Start with low exposure and follow a clinician's dosing schedule—do not self‑escalate without professional advice.

Common short‑term effects include redness, mild burning, itching, dryness, or temporary hyperpigmentation. In rare cases blistering or prolonged irritation can occur with excessive exposure. Long‑term risks are associated with cumulative UV exposure. Stop treatment and contact your clinician if severe reactions occur.

Do not use if you have a known photosensitivity disorder, are taking photosensitizing medications, have a history of skin cancer in the treatment area, or have active skin infections. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients and young children should consult their healthcare provider before use.

Regulations vary by country. Some regions require prescription or medical supervision for UV phototherapy devices. Even where a prescription is not required, you should consult a dermatologist for proper assessment, dosing, and monitoring.

Yes. Direct or reflected 308 nm UV exposure can damage the eyes. Always wear appropriate protective eyewear for both the patient and anyone nearby during operation and avoid directing the beam toward the eyes.

The device is intended for various body areas, including face and lips, but use on very sensitive or mucosal areas warrants extra caution. Follow clinician guidance, use lower initial doses, and avoid direct exposure to mucous membranes unless explicitly directed by a healthcare professional.

No. The device is not waterproof. Do not use it on wet skin, in bathrooms, or near water sources. Ensure skin is clean and dry before treatment and avoid exposing the device to moisture.

Unplug and power off the unit before cleaning. Wipe the exterior and treatment window with a soft, dry cloth or a cloth lightly dampened with approved disinfectant (follow manufacturer instructions). Do not immerse in liquid, use abrasive cleaners, or spray liquids directly onto the device. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.

The unit is a handheld ABS plastic instrument designed for portability. Shipping/package dimensions are listed as 43 x 34 x 46 cm with a gross weight of about 14.0 kg (this is the packed weight). The therapeutic wavelength is 308 nm (narrowband UVB).

Response time varies by condition and individual. Some patients notice improvement within a few weeks; for many conditions measurable improvement often takes several weeks to a few months of regular treatment. Follow your clinician's plan and document progress with photographs or dermatology follow‑ups.
