3 Rollers 2800mm Flatwork Ironer Automatic Ironing Machine Commercial Laundry Machines

It is a commercial automatic flatwork ironer engineered for heavy-duty ironing of linens and flat textiles in hotels, restaurants, commercial laundries, medical facilities and similar businesses requiring high-volume, professional finishing.

Key specs: 3 rollers, roller diameter 800 mm, working width 2800 mm, dimensions 4000×3000×1420 mm, weight 3800 kg, ironing speed 3–25 m/min, steam pressure 0.4–0.6 MPa, steam consumption 270 kg/h, electrical power 1.5 kW with voltage options 220/240/380/415/440 V.

The spec sheet lists a production capacity of 100 pcs/month as a baseline. Actual throughput depends on item sizes, fabric type, operator workflow and selected ironing speed; higher speeds increase throughput but require appropriate steam capacity and handling.

Electrical: the ironer is available in multiple voltage options (220/240/380/415/440 V) and requires a dedicated, correctly rated supply and breaker sized by your electrician. Steam: a stable steam supply able to deliver 0.4–0.6 MPa at up to 270 kg/h is required (sizing of boiler/pipework should be verified with your installer).

Overall machine dimensions are 4000×3000×1420 mm; allow additional clearance for operator access, steam and electrical connections, ventilation and maintenance. Exact clearance requirements should be confirmed with your supplier or installer.

It is optimized for flatwork such as bed linens, tablecloths, napkins, uniforms and medical linens. Adjustable ironing speed helps accommodate different fabric weights; delicate garments or shaped garments are not suitable for flatwork ironers.

The machine offers adjustable ironing speeds from 3 to 25 m/min. Speed adjustments are made via the machine controls; consult the operator manual or supplier for recommended speeds for specific fabric types and for safe operation procedures.

Routine maintenance typically includes cleaning the rollers and heating surfaces, checking and replacing belts or seals as needed, inspecting steam connections, and periodic lubrication of bearings. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule and have qualified technicians perform major service.

Packaging options include plastic packing or wooden box packing. Delivery terms, transit protection and shipping arrangements should be confirmed with the seller at time of order.

Spare parts and after-sales technical support are usually provided by the manufacturer or authorized dealer. Contact the supplier to confirm availability of parts, recommended spare items, and service contracts.

Commercial ironers typically include safety interlocks, emergency stop(s) and temperature/pressure controls. You should ensure machine guarding, trained operators, correct installation of electrical and steam systems, and compliance with local workplace safety regulations. Confirm specific safety features with the supplier.

Installation and operator training policies vary by supplier. Many manufacturers or dealers offer installation, commissioning and operator training packages—confirm availability and any associated fees when ordering.

Voltage options are offered (220/240/380/415/440 V). For other customizations—such as control options, conveyor interfaces or local safety requirements—discuss needs with the supplier to see available configurations and lead times.

Warranty terms and compliance with local electrical/steam/industry standards depend on the manufacturer and country of sale. Ask the supplier for the warranty document, certificates of conformity and any applicable safety standard compliance prior to purchase.

Contact the machine supplier or authorized dealer to arrange a site survey. Provide details about your steam/boiler capacity, electrical supply, floor plan and typical load types so they can confirm fit, utility requirements and expected throughput.
