2HP Electrical Rolling Mill Machine Double Head Electric Rolling Mill Jewelry Tools Equipment Jewelry Making

This double-head electric rolling mill is designed for jewelry making tasks such as flattening, shaping and texturing metal sheet and wire. It's suitable for creating and resizing rings, preparing metal for forming, and general jewelry fabrication for hobbyists and professionals.

Power: 2HP; Voltage: 110V or 220V (confirm model before purchase); Weight: 108 kg; Dimensions: 66 x 26 x 51 cm; Roller width: 130 mm; Roller diameter: 65 mm; Flat area: 130 mm. The specification sheet also lists a precision figure 'Square (+/-0.01mm) 1.0-8.0'.

The product is listed for 110V/220V. Confirm with the seller which voltage version is supplied for your region before ordering, and ensure you have the correct plug/installation for the chosen voltage.

It is suitable for malleable metals commonly used in jewelry making such as gold, silver, copper and brass. Avoid trying to roll hardened steels or extremely hard alloys unless you have confirmed compatibility with the manufacturer.

The spec lists '1.0-8.0' alongside a precision value; this indicates the machine is designed to work across a typical jewelry sheet/wire range in that region. For exact usable thickness ranges and recommended passes, consult the machine manual or your seller for clarification.

Roller width is 130 mm and roller diameter is 65 mm. The flat working area is listed as 130 mm, giving a wide surface for sheets and broader pieces.

Yes — it is described as easy to operate for both beginners and experts. However, new users should read the manual, practice on scrap metal, and follow safety guidance before starting production work.

Keep fingers and loose clothing away from the rollers, tie back long hair, remove rings and jewelry, never use loose gloves near rotating rollers, feed stock with appropriate tools (e.g., wooden or brass push sticks), and know how to quickly cut power (use the power switch or unplug) in an emergency. Follow the machine manual for all safety instructions.

Place the rolling mill on a stable, level bench or stand capable of supporting its 108 kg weight. Use two or more people (or lifting equipment) to move it safely. Ensure proper electrical connection for the voltage model you purchased and allow adequate workspace around the machine.

Keep rollers and feed path clean and free of debris, wipe down after use, periodically inspect and lubricate bearings and moving parts per the manufacturer’s instructions, check belts or drive components for wear, and store covered in a dry environment.

Yes — the product listing states it includes a machinery test report for quality assurance. Additional documentation (manuals, wiring diagrams) may be included; verify specific paperwork with the seller.

The description does not list specific accessories. Some sellers include basic tools or keys, while others sell dies, texture rollers or reduction gears separately. Confirm with the seller which accessories, if any, are included.

Yes — the mill can be used to flatten and shape metal for repairs and resizing tasks. For precise ring forming you may need specific dies, mandrels or follow-up forming tools; check the machine limits and recommended procedures before attempting delicate repairs.

The spec sheet lists 'Square (+/-0.01mm) 1.0-8.0', indicating the manufacturer specifies a high degree of dimensional control in that range. For exact tolerance interpretation and performance under different loads, consult the provided test report or the manufacturer’s technical documentation.

The machine weighs about 108 kg and is relatively compact but heavy — plan for appropriate lifting equipment or multiple people for safe handling. Confirm packaging, shipping method, and any import/customs requirements with the seller prior to purchase.
