280Q Horizontal Sealing Machine Auto Control Vacuum Sealer Nitrogen Gas Flushing Continuous Band Sealer with Printing

The 280Q is a semi-automatic horizontal vacuum sealing and continuous band sealer with nitrogen gas flushing and integrated printing. It is used to vacuum-seal and gas-flush stand-up pouches, bags, film and foil to extend shelf life and apply batch/date codes for food, beverage, chemical, textile and consumer goods packaging.

The machine operates on 220V, 50–60 Hz AC power. Confirm site electrical capacity and proper grounding prior to installation.

Maximum bag size is 400 x 300 mm with material thickness up to approximately 0.15 mm. Compatible packaging types include stand-up pouches, bags, film and foil. Always test your specific film and pouch combinations for optimal seal quality.

Pumping vacuum range is approximately -0.05 to -0.088 MPa. Air consumption is about 280 L/min. Actual values depend on settings, bag volume and production conditions.

Nitrogen flushing replaces oxygen in the package headspace before sealing to extend shelf life. To use it you need an external nitrogen gas source, pressure regulator and appropriate hoses/fittings. Flow and timing are adjustable via the control panel — consult the manual for recommended settings by product.

Yes. The 280Q includes integrated printing for labeling seals with dates, batch numbers or other simple codes. Capabilities (print size, font and variable data) depend on the installed printer module—contact the supplier for details or optional printer upgrades.

The sealing temperature is adjustable from 0 to 280°C to accommodate a range of packaging materials. Always select the lowest temperature that produces a consistent, strong seal to avoid film damage.

The 280Q is semi-automatic. It provides intelligent controls and continuous conveyor/band sealing, but loading/unloading and some adjustments are operator-assisted.

The conveyor load capacity is 10 kg. Machine dimensions are 1500 x 620 x 1060 mm (L x W x H) and the listed weight is approximately 10 kg.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning sealing jaws and conveyor belts, inspecting and replacing worn heating elements, sealing belts and Teflon strips, checking vacuum pump oil/condition (if applicable), verifying nitrogen fittings for leaks, and keeping the printer module clean. Follow the manufacturer maintenance schedule for service intervals.

Check and adjust sealing temperature, speed and pressure settings; inspect/replace worn heating elements, Teflon strips and sealing belts; ensure bag material is compatible and free of contaminants at the seal area; verify vacuum level and nitrogen flushing timing; and confirm the conveyor speed is correct.

The machine includes standard safety features such as emergency stop and guarded moving parts. Recommended safe practices include proper operator training, securing gas connections, ensuring electrical grounding and following the safety instructions in the user manual. Ask the supplier for details on optional safety upgrades and certifications.

Yes, the vacuum and gas flushing features make it suitable for many wet or moist products (sauces, marinated items), but liquid-management precautions are required to avoid pump or electronics contamination. Use appropriate bag loading techniques and discuss liquid packaging requirements with the supplier.

Warranty length, service plans and spare part availability vary by supplier. Contact the manufacturer or your authorized dealer for warranty terms, replacement parts (heating strips, belts, sensors, printer consumables) and recommended service contracts.

Basic operator training is recommended and often provided by the dealer. Installation requires connecting 220V power, grounding and a nitrogen gas source (if using gas flushing). A technician may be needed for initial setup, parameter calibration and staff training—confirm what installation services are offered by your supplier.
