The HT-SW33A Spot Welder is a high-performance welding machine specially designed for welding between iron-nickel materials and stainless steel materials. It is ideal for applications such as the welding of ternary batteries with iron-nickel and pure nickel materials. General Precautions:

Designed for Specific Welding Tasks: The machine is specially designed for welding between iron-nickel materials and stainless steel, especially for ternary battery welding with nickel and pure nickel.

Avoid Short Circuits: It is crucial to ensure that the welding needles are only pressed on one pole connection (either nickel, aluminum, or copper) of the battery. Simultaneously pressing both poles may cause a short circuit, damaging both the battery and the welding machine.

Welding Needle Adjustment: Ensure the distance between the unpressed welding needle and the connecting workpiece is within 5-8mm. Only begin welding once the welding needle can be properly pressed onto the workpiece.

Start with Low Energy: During initial debugging of welding parameters, gradually increase the pulse energy to avoid blackening, splashing, and accelerated pin loss.

Red Laser Caution: The red laser emitted by the welding mechanism should not be directly observed to avoid eye injury.

Safety Warning: The machine contains high-voltage components, so do not attempt to dismantle the shell to avoid safety hazards.

Ventilation Requirements: The machine must be used in a well-ventilated area, and the heat dissipation window must remain unobstructed.

Air Pressure Limits: Do not exceed an air pressure input of 6 kg/cm² (0.6 MPa).
