25hp Small Rotovator Roto Tiller Rotary Cultivator:

The Sunway SWCT-25 Series is a 25hp class ride-on crawler tractor rotary tiller/cultivator designed for small-scale farming. It's an upgraded multi-function machine that performs rotary ploughing, furrowing, weeding, fertilizing, pesticide application, backfilling, ridge forming and bulldozing with quick-hitch attachments.

The series includes SWCT-25A, SWCT-25AW, SWCT-25B and SWCT-25BW. They differ mainly by weight and dimensions (weights range from about 650 kg to 850 kg and dimensions vary per model) and by the standard attachments supplied (some include a bulldozer blade; others vary in width and height).

The SWCT-25 series can be equipped with a range of small diesel engines from manufacturers such as Quanchai, Changchai, Laidong, Changzhou and Changwu, depending on the specific model and configuration.

The tractor uses a gearbox with 3 forward gears and 1 reverse gear, with high and low speed options. Typical driving speeds range from about 2 to 10 km/h depending on gear selection and working conditions.

Standard attachments vary by model but commonly include a weeding wheel, backfilling knife, trenching knife and rotary tiller. Some models also come with a bulldozer blade. Additional optional implements are available for other tasks.

It is suitable for rotary tilling/ploughing, furrowing, weeding, fertilizer spreading, pesticide application, backfilling trenches, ridge-making and light bulldozing. It works in dryland and paddy fields and is useful for gardens, vegetable greenhouses, small farms, trenching and irrigation/drainage projects.

Yes. Being a compact ride-on crawler tractor, the SWCT-25 is designed to be flexible and maneuverable in narrow sites and tight rows, such as greenhouses and small plots.

SWCT-25 machines use a quick-hitch attachment system that allows operators to rapidly add or remove implements like tillers, blades and knives to increase versatility and reduce downtime.

Key advantages include strengthened body and chassis for stable continuous performance, optimized fuel-saving performance, multi-function capability with many optional implements, compact size for easy transport and operation in narrow areas, and quick-hitch attachments for efficiency.

Yes. The SWCT-25 series is built for wide adaptability and is suitable for use in both dryland and paddy field conditions.

Perform routine engine maintenance per the engine manufacturer's guidelines (oil and filter changes, fuel and air filter checks), inspect and tighten drivetrain and attachment fasteners, check crawler tracks/tread condition and track tension, sharpen or replace tiller blades as needed, and keep hydraulic/electrical connections clean and inspected. Regular lubrication of moving parts is recommended.

The SWCT-25 models are relatively compact (lengths around 2400–2700 mm and widths 780–1100 mm) and weigh between ~650–850 kg, making them reasonably easy to load onto a trailer. When transporting, secure the machine properly, check local transport regulations for weights and dimensions, and use appropriate ramps or a lift-equipped trailer.

Choose based on the tasks you need (e.g., whether you require a bulldozer blade), the working space (narrow greenhouse versus open field), desired weight/stability, and preferred engine supplier. Consult your dealer with field size, soil type and typical attachments required to get a recommended configuration.

Yes. The SWCT series offers various optional attachments and implements to extend capability for specific tasks—contact the supplier or dealer for the full list of compatible options for your model.

Always read and follow the operator manual, wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection, sturdy footwear), ensure guards and shields are in place, shut off the engine before servicing or changing attachments, avoid loose clothing near moving parts, and be cautious on slopes and uneven ground. Only trained operators should operate the machine.
