20Ton Log Splitter Pto Firewood Processor Wood Cutter Saw Machine Log Splitter Log Splitter Automatic

"20Ton" refers to the maximum splitting force of the machine: approximately 20 tons of hydraulic pressure used to split logs. This indicates the unit is designed for medium to heavy-duty firewood processing.

PTO stands for Power Take-Off. This is a PTO-driven unit, so it requires a tractor with a PTO shaft to operate. Confirm PTO shaft compatibility and recommended PTO speed with the seller before purchase.

The exact minimum horsepower is not listed in the description. Typical 20-ton PTO splitters commonly require a small-to-medium tractor (often in the ~20–40 HP range), but you should verify the recommended tractor horsepower with the manufacturer or seller for safe, reliable operation.

Maximum log dimensions are not specified in the listing. Many 20-ton processors handle common firewood lengths (roughly 16–24") and moderate diameters, but exact limits depend on wedge and ram design. Contact the seller for the machine's rated log length and diameter capacity.

"Automatic" typically means the unit has an automatic splitting cycle (automatic ram advance/return and/or auto-feed features) to reduce manual effort. Exact automatic functions (feed conveyor, auto-return, cycle controls) should be confirmed with the supplier or in the user manual.

The machine weighs 601.5 kg and is packaged in a wooden case for shipping. Because of its weight, transport usually requires a trailer or forklift for loading and unloading.

While the unit is relatively heavy (601.5 kg), it is designed to be transportable—typically towed or moved with a tractor and transported on a trailer. Check for specific hitch or mounting requirements and use appropriate lifting equipment when moving.

Regular maintenance generally includes checking and topping up hydraulic fluid, inspecting hoses and fittings for leaks, greasing pivot points, inspecting the wedge for damage or dullness, checking PTO shaft and safety shields, and following the manufacturer's recommended service intervals.

Use personal protective equipment (eye, ear, gloves, steel-toe footwear), operate on stable level ground, keep bystanders and children away, never reach into the splitting area while the unit is powered, turn off the tractor PTO and disconnect power before servicing, and follow the operator manual and all safety decals.

Yes — the unit is described as suitable for small businesses, farms, and workshops. If you plan heavy continuous commercial use, confirm the machine's duty cycle and service/support availability with the seller to ensure it meets your workload.

The listing does not specify parts or service provisions. Contact the seller or manufacturer to confirm availability of spare parts (wedge, hydraulic components, PTO shafts) and local service or warranty support.

No warranty information is provided in the description. Please request warranty details, terms, and length from the seller or manufacturer before purchasing.

Noise level depends largely on the tractor and hydraulic components driving the splitter. Expect typical PTO/hydraulic noise levels; always wear hearing protection and follow local noise regulations.

Confirm PTO compatibility (shaft type and required RPM), recommended tractor horsepower, maximum log length/diameter, included accessories (wedge type, feed table), warranty and spare parts availability, shipping details, and whether the seller provides assembly or setup instructions.
