Product Description

The 20-Ton Gantry Crane is a heavy-duty material-handling solution designed for lifting, transporting, and positioning heavy loads in industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, and engineering environments. With a 20-ton lifting capacity, a 10-metre lifting height, and a 10-metre span, the crane is designed to provide reliable overhead lifting performance across a wide working area.

The gantry crane is equipped with a Schneider electrical control system with a 24V AC control voltage, while the main power supply is 380V / 50Hz / 3-phase. Operators can control the crane using either a wireless remote control or pendant control, providing flexibility and allowing the operator to maintain a suitable working position during lifting operations.

The lifting system uses a ZD52-4, 18.5 kW lifting motor with a Chinese Nanjing brand conical rotor brake motor, featuring a large starting torque and reliable braking characteristics. The crane uses an Ø18 mm wire rope and provides a lifting speed of approximately 3.5 m/min.

For horizontal movement, the crane incorporates independent cross-travelling and long-travelling systems, each operating at approximately 20 m/min. The long-travel motors are designed with high-temperature resistance up to 150°C and lower operating noise.

The crane also incorporates multiple safety features, including an emergency stop, phase and terminal protection relays, and limit switches for lifting, lowering, and travelling movements.
