125 ml Automatic Aseptic Milk Brick Paper Carton Box Filling Packing Machine

The 125 ml Automatic Aseptic Milk Brick Paper Carton Box Filling Packing Machine fills and seals 125 ml aseptic paper brick cartons with liquid and semi-liquid products (milk, juice, water, oil, yogurt, sauces, etc.) and integrates into a production line for automated filling and packing.

Yes — the machine is designed for aseptic filling to preserve product sterility and extend shelf life. Specific aseptic features (sterile chambers, sterilization modules, sterile carton handling) depend on the model and options; confirm the exact aseptic package with the supplier.

It is specified for a wide range of liquids and semi-liquids including beer, milk, water, oil, juice, honey, paste, paint, peanut butter, jam, shampoo and yogurt. Viscous products or particulates may require special nozzles or pump options.

The machine is optimized for 125 ml brick-style paper cartons. Some manufacturers offer adjustable tooling or reconfigured models to support other carton volumes, but changes require different carton forming/filling tooling — check with the vendor for options and compatibility.

The filling accuracy is listed at 99%, which helps minimize product giveaway. Actual accuracy may vary with product viscosity, operating conditions and calibration — periodic validation is recommended.

Throughput depends on machine configuration, product characteristics and line integration. The exact cartons-per-minute or per-hour rate should be provided by the supplier for the selected model and options.

The machine uses an electric drive and is specified for 380V industrial supply. Confirm required phase (typically three-phase), frequency and local power preparations with the supplier or installer.

The machine weight is approximately 1200 kg. Footprint and height are model-dependent; request the detailed layout and installation drawing from the manufacturer to plan floor space, access and utilities.

Cleaning requirements depend on product and options. Some configurations support CIP for product-contact circuits; others require manual disassembly and cleaning. Discuss CIP capability and recommended cleaning procedures with the supplier.

Typical operation requires one or two trained operators for loading, monitoring and basic troubleshooting. Most suppliers provide operator training and online support; on-site commissioning and training may be available as an option.

Routine preventive maintenance is recommended (lubrication, seal/nozzle inspection, hygienic procedures). Suppliers commonly offer spare parts kits, maintenance manuals and online support; ask about lead times for critical spare parts.

The machine is designed for paper-based brick cartons (aseptic paper cartons). Specific cartonboard grades, inner barriers (PE/Alu layers) and pre-sterilized carton types should be confirmed with the supplier to ensure compatibility.

Aseptic brick machines typically use heat/ultrasonic sealing or specialized aseptic sealing heads appropriate for aseptic carton liners. The exact sealing type will depend on the selected model and aseptic package — verify with the manufacturer.

Certifications (CE, ISO, hygiene and food-safety related approvals) and compliance with local regulatory requirements vary by manufacturer and model. Request certificates and compliance documentation from the supplier before purchase.

Contact the manufacturer or authorized distributor with your product details (product type and viscosity), desired output rate, utility availability (power, compressed air, steam) and any aseptic requirements. The supplier can provide quotes, customization options, technical datasheets and online support.
