12 Core DX68F Hydraulic Hose Pipe Crimper Machine

The DX68F is used for crimping/buckling high-pressure rubber hose assemblies, including large bends and irregular-shaped fittings. It's suitable for hydraulic hose assembly production and repair.

Crimping inner diameter: 1/4–2 inch (approx. 3–51 mm) depending on die set. Crimp outside diameter: 6–80 mm. Maximum jaw opening: 116 mm.

Maximum crimping force is 449T (449 tons).

Motor power options: 3 kW or 4 kW (customizable). Rated pressure: 31.5 MPa. Oil pump outlet flow: typically 5 L/min (10 L/min available on request). Voltage options: 220V, 12V, 380V, 415V or custom.

Multiple control modes are available: automatic, semi-automatic, button control and foot-pedal control.

Standard supply includes 10 die mould sets and multiple dies. Typical die size options: 15, 19, 23, 26, 31, 36, 41, 47, 55, 63 (custom die sizes available on request).

Dies can be changed quickly using the supplied QC tool for fast die changeover. The machine also includes a die set rack for organized, space-saving storage.

The DX68F features a precision control device with a signal lamp and a scale accuracy of 0.01 mm for precise crimp adjustments.
