Valve Bag Packaging Machine

Valve mouth packing machine is often used for measuring and packing equipment in complete powder production line. It is mainly divided into impeller feed and screw feed two forms. Under the action of gravity, the material falls from the inlet of the valve mouth packing machine to the impeller or the screw position. Through the fast rotation of the impeller or the screw driven by the motor, the material is forcefully extruded from the outlet into the valve pocket which has been prepared. The valve pocket is a self-sealing bag, without additional sewing bag, and improves the work efficiency.

Advantages :

1. High weighing accuracy: bag weight error ±0.2-0.5kg; 
2. Adjustable weighing range: single bag weight is adjustable in the range of 20~50 kg; 
3. High degree of automation, can automatically press the bag, loose the bag, drop the bag; 
4. Simple operation: the whole process can be completed by only one person; 
5. Reasonable design: the upper side of the fuselage is open with dust removal equipment interface, which really realizes environmental protection production; 
6. Soft connection is adopted between the feeding port of the packaging machine and the discharging port of the equipment in the previous process to make the measurement more accurate; 
7. Easy installation: the machine has no vibration, and can be used directly on the ground.
