2024 new design, with a larger format than ordinary cutting machines, and a working area of 3250*1550mm. Cost-effective single-platform cutting machine model, supporting power up to 6KW, standard machine fast delivery within 7 days.
Heavy-duty welded bed frame:
The bed frame is welded using thick square tubes and reinforced internally to enhance structural strength and tensile resistance.It undergoes high-temperature annealing and natural aging treatment to eliminate welding stress, prevent deformation, reduce vibrations, and ensure excellent cutting precision.
Laser Cutting head
Autofocus function, which automatically adjusts the focal length according to the thickness of different materials to ensure cutting quality and efficiencyDual water cooling circuit system, it effectively reduces the operating temperature of the laser head and improves the stability and life of continuous work.With IP65 dustproof performance, it effectively prevents dust and particles from entering the laser head and protects key components from pollution and damage.

Transmission and precision
The Z axis uses TBI ball screw transmission, the two sides of the machine body are equipped with YYC racks and Taiwan Hiwin guide rails, and the beam is Casting aviation aluminum. It is equipped with Japanese Yaskawa electric motors and Desboer reducers, high torque, low noise, and the positioning accuracy of the machine tool can reach 0.02mm.
