Product Description:

This 1000L double-planetary cooking mixer is engineered for industrial-scale production of sauces, jams, pastes, fillings, and a wide range of other food products. It combines electromagnetic induction heating with a robust double-planetary mixing system to deliver consistent, high-quality results at scale.

The 1400mm diameter pot is made from pure stainless steel 304 with an ellipsoidal bottom and 12mm wall thickness — a stronger, more hygienic choice than composite carbon-steel-and-stainless construction. A heat insulation jacket with aluminium silicate cladding minimizes heat loss and protects operators from scalding. The induction heating system uses double waterproof full-copper induction wire with a high-efficiency liquid chiller for stable performance and long service life, offering 8 adjustable heating levels for precise control.

Mixing is handled by a double planetary system fitted with 7 Teflon scrapers (including a side scraper) that maintain constant contact with the pot surface via high-tension springs, preventing burning or product buildup even as the scrapers wear. Mixing speed is VFD-adjustable up to 33RPM, with a strengthened shaft and gearing built for thick, heavy materials. Sealed mixing shafts and a sealed mixing head keep vapor and moisture out, reducing maintenance needs.

For discharge, the mixing arm tilts backward hydraulically via two hydraulic cylinders, tilting the pot a full 90° for fast, complete unloading of cooked product. An accurate wireless temperature sensor maintains direct contact with the material being processed for precise temperature control, and the machine features a user-friendly control panel with wireless remote operation.

An optional upgraded HMI package is available, featuring a 10" touchscreen PLC control system with 16+ programmable menus and 8 processing stages per menu — each stage independently adjustable for heating level, time, temperature, and mixing speed, with automatic alarms when it's time to add materials.
