The machine covers a small space (1690×1200mm), can meet different space request. The 2 axis of wheel lathe adopt the most stable gantry structure and the structural body is made of cast iron and resin sand casting. The Z axis is driven by four linear guides, double ball screws and double servo motor. The machine adopts automatic tool post and PC control system to improve the operation performance and degree of automation. It can realize various repair effects such as mirror finish and different density textured finish etc. The machine uses the most advanced wheel repair technology that can save your time and money.
