The functions of each part of the water treatment plant
1. Raw water pump – provides pressure to the quartz sand filter /activated carbon filter
2. Quartz sand filter – get rid of turbidity, suspended solids, organics, colloids, etc.
3. Activatedcarbon filter – removes color, free chlorides, organics, harmful substances, etc.
4. Softeners – used to replace calcium andmagnesium “ions” in water.
5. Safety filter – to prevent large particles of impurities from entering the RO membrane, the accuracy is 5um
6. High pressure pump – provides high pressure for RO membrane.
7. RO system – the main part of the device. Thedesalination rate of RO membrane can reach 99%, removing more than 99% of ions
8. UV Sterilizer or Ozone Generator – Kills germs
