Maize peeling and grits making machine is composed of the peeling system and grits grinding system.
The peeling system is for removing corn seed skin, root and black stalk, and separating
corn germ. The peeling part is a preparation stage to get peeled clean corn kernels. These kernels are broken with about half corn
seed size or less than half size. Then feed peeled kernel into crushing silo and start crushing. Finally corn grits are graded
into different sizes. The finished products including big corn grits, mini corn grits, and cornflour.

Main Structure
1. The two motors respectively drive the peeling and grits making system.
2. The pressure of the peeling system can be adjusted to determine the thickness of corn peeling.
3. By adjusting the handwheel to adjust the spacing of the crushing workroom, the size of the corn grits can be adjusted.
