3200mm Slim System Tile Cutter with connectable guides For large format porcelain
DB-2 3200mm Slim system tile cutter has been specially designed for cutting up 325cm long porcelain stoneware
tiles and cut to 12mm thick. (IMPORTANT – you can buy one more guide and increase the cutting length)
Includes: 3 aluminum guide rails, 112cm long each; 1 carriage with Ø22mm titanium coated tungsten carbide cutting wheel; 1pliers, 1 tile separator, 3 suction cups for smooth and rough tiles, durable nylon carry bag…
The guide rails are made of aluminum and are assembled together to ensure a perfect cut.The guides are very strong, which avoids hesitation when cutting and makes them invulnerable to accidental impacts. They are made of lightweight but very tough high quality aluminum. On the underside, they are covered with anti-slip rubber, which does not stain, does not scratch the tiles and protects against unpleasant sounds. The guide is fixed to the tiles with suction cups, which
do not leave marks on the tiles and are also suitable for uneven surfaces.
The carriage with a cutting roller has a comfortable rubberized grip. Cutting wheel made of tungsten carbide with titanium coating Ø22mm is designed specifically for cutting large-format tiles and any roughness
The pliers help break off the slab along a pre-marked line. For breaking tiles with a thickness over 6mm, it is recommended to use a tile separator(included in the kit) . This entire system comes in a durable nylon bag with storage compartments for the component tool.ADVANTAGES :
