Product structure
1. The welding fume extractor is composed of centrifugal fan, filter chamber of filter cartridge, dust collector drawer, purifier chamber body, pulsed or manual ash cleaning, electric control device and flexible suction arm with dust hood.   2. The welding fume extractor adopts the filter barrel filter, which has large filtration area and low filtration velocity per unit area, so it has high filtration efficiency.   3. The welding fume extractor adopts the optimized design and the inlet air equal-flow diversion technology, which solves the phenomenon of uneven air flow in each chamber which is difficult to avoid in the general bag filter.   4. The air distribution design of the welding smoke purifier is reasonable, the resistance loss is small, the machine appearance is small, the movement is flexible, the operation is simple, the maintenance is convenient.   5. The filter cartridge adopts imported high-efficiency filter material, with filtration efficiency up to 99.5%. The service life of the filter cartridge is much longer than that of ordinary filter material in normal service conditions.   6.
