What should i prepare when i need a quote ?

Raw water condition: Water Quality Analysis Report / TDS

Raw water source: Tap water, groundwater, seawater, or river water etc.

What does water use for: Drinking water, domestic water, breeding, irrigation, printing and dyeing, cosmetics, etc.

Quantity: How many do you need for water treatment machine

Basic project: Water yield, material, quantity, operation mode, power supply voltage, etc.

 

To find the most appropriate water treatment for you, please advise following information.

 

1. Product/Clean/output water flow rate ( m3/hr, m3/day, Liter/hr,GPM,GPD etc.)

2· Product water purpose(industry process/driking water or others)

3 . Power (220/380V/415V/460V, 50 or 60 Hz) 3 phase.

4.  If source water is tap water no need analysis report (We will make design as per TDS less than 1500ppm)

5.  Source water from borehole/salt/brackish/lake water It is necessary to make water analysis report( TDS,Iron, Manganese, TSS, SDI or related parameter)

6. Any other detail requirement.please tell me as more as you know.

Function of each part of water treatment plant

1. Feed water pump pump– provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter

2. Multi-medium filter– get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, ect.

3. Active Carbon filter–Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect.

4. Softener–exchange “ions” of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.

5. Security filter–prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5u

6. High pressure pump– Provide the high pressure to RO membrane

7. RO system– main part of the plant. The RO membrane’s desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions

8. UV sterilizer or ozone generator— kill bacteria

Quartz Sand Filter

 

It uses quartz sand as filter medium, effectively intercept to remove the suspended solids in the water, organic matter, colloid particles, microorganism, chlorine, smelling and some heavy metal ions, etc., finally to reduce water turbidity, purify water quality.

 

Activated Carbon Filter

 

GAC(granular actitavted carbon) is used for both removing organic constituents and residual disinfectants (such as chlorine and chloramines) from water. We make GAC media always by coco nut shell which is the best quality media.

 

Activated carbon filter can effectively remove color, odor, residual chlorine, organic matter and heavy metals, synthetic detergent, such as bacteria, viruses and radioactive pollution.

 

Water softener

 

A water softener can be used to help prevent scaling in an RO system by exchanging scale forming ions with non scale forming ions. As with a MMF unit, it is important to have a 5 micron cartridge filter placed directly after the water softener in the event that the under drains of the softener fail.

 

Water softener is used to remove calcium and magnesium, and some other metal cations in the hard water.

Reverse Osmosis

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification technology that uses a semipermeable membrane to remove ions, molecules and larger particles from drinking water. In reverse osmosis, an applied pressure is used to overcome osmotic pressure, a colligative property, that is driven by chemical potential differences of the solvent, a thermodynamic parameter.

Reverse osmosis can remove many types of dissolved and suspended species from water, including bacteria, and is used in both industrial processes and the production of potable water. The result is that the solute is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side. To be “selective”, this membrane should not allow large molecules or ions through the pores (holes), but should allow smaller components of the solution (such as solvent molecules) to pass freely.
